Yes, and it is not tied to any condition. 30 minutes, by video, by phone or at our office in Dübendorf. We do not sell anything in it; we look at your situation and tell you what we see. If we are not the right people for you, you will hear that in the same conversation.

Nothing essential. The latest annual accounts and a rough idea of how many receipts and payslips you have each month are helpful. If you do not have that to hand, we will estimate it together. That is what the meeting is for.

To emails and form enquiries, usually within one working day. By phone, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm; if nobody answers, we call back. For short questions, WhatsApp to the same number also works.

Gladly. We hold most initial meetings by video. That saves both sides the journey. If you would rather come in person, you are welcome at Kriesbachstrasse at any time, once you have let us know briefly.

German always, English and French with Melanie Giang. For correspondence with the authorities, we cover the same three languages. This is particularly relevant for VAT representation (Fiskalvertretung) for foreign companies.

Yes. You first choose the person, Melanie Giang or Silvio Börlin, and then the appointment in their calendar. Booking runs via Calendly. The calendar only loads once you have agreed, because data is then transferred to Calendly LLC in the USA. If you would rather not, call us or write to info@onaccounting.ch.

If you want one, yes. You receive it with the scope of services and a fixed monthly amount, you decide in your own time, and we will not call you three times to follow up. You can work out a first order of magnitude yourself beforehand with our price calculator. It sends you a non-binding quote as a PDF.

Yes. During the year, the end of a quarter is the cleanest break, because the VAT return is then complete, but any date is possible. We take over the opening balance sheet, reconcile the open items and collect the records from your previous accountant. The takeover takes about a month.

Our office is at Kriesbachstrasse 30 in Dübendorf, a few minutes’ drive from the edge of the city of Zurich. By car, you reach us via the A1 motorway, and parking is available at the building. By public transport, you reach us from Dübendorf railway station. Let us know briefly beforehand, and we will send you the exact way to the entrance with the appointment confirmation.

Your details are sent to us by email, and we use them to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. After sending, you can download a PDF copy of your enquiry. We use the Resend service to send the email. What exactly is processed is set out in our privacy policy.
