That depends on your volume of receipts, your industry and how you write invoices. For most SMEs with staff, bexio is the obvious choice. We advise you independently in the initial meeting.
Yes. You continue to write your invoices where you do today. We connect the bookkeeping to it and set up the transfer of receipts so that nothing is recorded twice.
Platinum is bexio’s highest partner level and involves ongoing certification. You can check this in bexio’s official directory of accountants (Treuhänderverzeichnis), in which we are listed. Even so, the status is not a unique selling point: several hundred firms in Switzerland hold it.
Yes. If you are new to bexio, you receive a 50% discount on the first year of your licence through us. In general, you receive trial periods and discounts on licence costs through us that are not available on the open market.
Yes. We set up bexio for you, take over the master data and train your employees. The chart of accounts, VAT settings and wage types are things you should set correctly once. We charge the set-up once, according to effort, usually CHF 500 to 1,000.
That depends on where you stand. If you already work with bexio, a single tick box is enough: you grant accountant access, and we take over without interruption. If you come from another system, we first set up bexio far enough for you to send your first invoices, and build the rest afterwards. If you want to keep your industry software, we synchronise your invoices to bexio and keep the accounts there.
